About the program

Village Capital partnered with Johnson & Johnson to run an accelerator for startups building culturally competent healthcare solutions, selecting twelve companies for its inaugural cohort. Participants received Village Capital's investment-readiness curriculum, mentorship and access to J&J's networks. The program targeted founders addressing care gaps for communities of color and other underserved populations. STATUS: One-off 2021 Johnson & Johnson cohort. Village Capital is active but no longer lists this program; its current tracks are Climate, Economic Mobility and Essential Services.
