Update and inquiry submissions are securely stored in the site's managed database. Notifications are not currently enabled. No personal email addresses of hospital leaders are scraped into profiles. Leadership listings use only public professional names, titles, and official biography links.

Forms collect name, professional title, health system, professional email, and the message or correction you submit. A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce automated spam. Do not include patient information or confidential business information.

When analytics is enabled in Publishing settings, Replit's hosted analytics records page views and selected aggregate interactions, such as directory filter use, jobs filter use, official employer-link clicks, profile opens, and submission outcomes. These events do not include names, email addresses, messages, search text, or application URLs.
