About the program

Fitzsimons Innovation Community is a bioscience campus adjacent to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, developed by the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority as a public redevelopment of the former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. It provides lab, office and incubation space for Colorado life science companies at multiple stages. The campus is Colorado's largest concentrated bioscience real estate and incubation asset.
