About the program
JLABS @ San Diego was the first site in the JLABS network and gave Johnson & Johnson Innovation a template for open, no-strings-attached life science incubation. It offers modular wet-lab benches, private labs, office space and shared research equipment alongside access to J&J's scientific, operational and investor networks. Companies retain their intellectual property and equity.
