Public description
About the program
LifeSci NYC is New York City's multibillion-dollar initiative, run by NYCEDC, to grow the city's life sciences sector through lab space, incubator investment, workforce pipelines and company support. Its internship program has placed over a thousand students with life sciences employers, and the initiative funds incubators and early-stage company programming across the five boroughs. It is a public economic development program rather than an equity investor in individual startups.
