Public description
About the program
MTEC is a nonprofit biomedical technology consortium that manages Other Transaction Agreements on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and the Defense Health Agency. Member companies, universities and nonprofits compete for prototype awards addressing military and veteran health priorities, including brain health, trauma, regenerative medicine and infectious disease. MTEC also partners with accelerators such as MedTech Innovator to source and support early-stage medical technology companies.
