Public description

About the program

Cerner's Open Developer Experience, now operated under Oracle Health, is the structured program through which third-party developers and health tech startups build, validate and distribute applications that integrate with the EHR via FHIR APIs and a partner marketplace. It provides sandbox access, technical certification and a commercial listing route rather than funding or cohort-based acceleration. Cerner previously ran additional startup engagement programming that has not carried over intact into Oracle.
