Public description

About the program

The Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse was created as one of Pennsylvania's regional life sciences greenhouses to commercialize university research and seed-fund life science companies in southwestern Pennsylvania. It provided pre-seed capital, management assistance and ecosystem convening for medical device, diagnostics and therapeutics startups. Its public activity has substantially diminished and its current operating status is unclear.
