About the program
The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation houses both the University of Chicago's technology commercialization function and its startup acceleration programs, including biomedical and health technologies from UChicago Medicine. It manages invention disclosure and IP licensing while running accelerators, incubator space and the Edward L. Kaplan New Venture Challenge. Polsky operates the Polsky Exchange co-working space, the UChicago Science Incubator and a San Francisco satellite. It also administers deep-tech venture programs in partnership with other Midwestern universities.
