Public description
About the program
TechSpring is Baystate Health's technology innovation center, founded in 2014 in Springfield, Massachusetts, and positioned at the intersection of healthcare delivery and innovative technology. Its model is to connect clinicians who understand care delivery problems with technology innovators who can build solutions, giving startups access to real clinical validation. TechSpring runs four program tracks: Insights, in which clinicians and patients give structured feedback to startups; Projects, in which startups work with innovation partners to validate solutions; Analytics, in which startups execute projects using Baystate Health data; and Interfaces, which builds digital health infrastructure with technology partners. It serves early-stage digital health companies as well as Baystate clinicians and staff who submit needs and ideas. Outside companies engage as sponsors, innovation partners and startup participants in these tracks.
