About the program
The Wistar Institute supports regional biotech startups through business development, a Discovery Center incubator space and a strategic collaboration with the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center and the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute. Wistar leased an 8,000 square foot Discovery Center for STEM collaboration and incubation in West Philadelphia. It has also launched a Center for Advanced Therapeutics to move discoveries toward medicines.
