Public description

About the program

The UCSF Rosenman Institute supports healthtech entrepreneurs, including UCSF clinicians, in moving medical device and digital health concepts toward commercialization. Its Rosenman Innovators program selects early-stage companies each year and connects them to a curated network of clinicians, industry experts, corporate partners and investors, while the Rosenman Fellowship supports academic innovators in identifying and validating unmet clinical needs. The institute also runs UCSF Rosenman ADAPT, which pairs startups with large healthcare companies for scaling partnerships, and Rosenman RISE, a mentorship and networking track for underrepresented entrepreneurs. In 2022 the institute partnered with the UCSF Division of Cardiology to fast-track cardiovascular health technology through a dedicated fellowship program.
