About the program
XLerateHealth is Louisville's first and longest-standing healthcare accelerator, and describes itself as one of the first half dozen healthcare accelerators in the United States and the first in the Southeastern US. It also operates in Flint, Michigan and runs the XLerator Network, an NIH-funded commercialization program supported by NIGMS and the SBA that helps academic and SBIR-stage biomedical innovators reach market. Programming combines cohort curriculum with commercialization coaching.
