Mandate and remit

What This Program Does

Trinity Health Innovation is the multi-state Catholic system's central innovation program, organized around a "People-Centered Care" strategy and a goal of leading in community health improvement. It runs a portfolio of mechanisms rather than a single lab: Innovation Challenges that solicit ideas from colleagues, Innovation Campaigns and pilots, Innovation Cohorts, a Rapid Design Incubator, innovation events, and a venture capital investment portfolio. The program deliberately prioritizes innovations that keep people well and that serve vulnerable populations across Trinity Health's communities. It serves Trinity Health colleagues and ministries, and connects them with outside solutions and pilot partners through its campaigns and cohorts. The program maintains a dedicated internal-facing site describing each of these tracks.
