Mandate and remit
Tufts Technology Commercialization, part of the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, is the technology transfer and industry collaboration office that handles inventions from Tufts Medical Center as well as Tufts University schools. It evaluates disclosures, manages patenting, markets available technologies and negotiates licenses and industry research agreements.
